Download, copy or move your image to your Windows directory
eg. c:\Windows or c:\WINNT.
Right-click on your screen background and choose Properties.
The Display Properties/Background window should appear - select Browse.
Navigate until the Windows folder is displayed.
Under 'Files of type:' select 'All Picture Files'.
Choose your image and click Open.
Back at the Display Properties window click OK.
Your image will now be your new background wallpaper.
